Lunch menu

Lunch will be an 8-course sit-down banquet, with dishes shared by each table of 10. Chinese vegetarian and Malay (no pork no lard) menu options are individual and can be arranged with prior notice. The food is from Summer Palace.

Drinks: the hotel's signature Ice Tea / Mocktail, soft drinks and Chinese tea will be available throughout the banquet.
Please note that this will be a dry (no alcohol) wedding.
